• The waste can be dumped directly into the primary cell. This does not have to be fully loaded in order to begin the process.

• Once loaded the cell is closed and heat is added. This heat is produced with a supplementary fuel.

• The gasification process takes about 12 to 14 hours.

• The cell is cooled and in four hours it is ready for another cycle (the ash does not need to be removed at this point).

• The gas produced by the cycle is a high BTU mixture of carbon monoxide and volatile organic compounds.

• This gas is mixed with air in order to increase its oxygen content and make it combustible.

• The gas is ignited in the secondary burner. This combustion process reaches between 1,600 to 2,000 F which totally eliminates the CO and the volatile organic compounds.

• The resultant secondary hot air is ventilated through a heat recuperating boiler in order to produce vapor, which is then is used to move vapor turbines and generate electricity.
